Great concept, but should be better executed, the sound does not come thru the hand held earpiece, and the volume is VERY LOW, hard to hear Santa talk to you, especially with excited children. Also, there was no obvious info about having to pay for minutes, so that felt shady as I found out after purchasing that minutes needed to be purchased separately. You should just raise the price and include plenty of minutes once you make the phone/AI better.

Great shopping experience. Arrived less than a week from placing the order and in excellent condition. My son and his family were thrilled with the Ferris Wheel Music Box. They decorate every room in their house and this was a wonderful addition to their holiday collection.

IT CUTS OUT, IT CAN BE FUZZY, THE SOUND COMES FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PHONE SO THE KIDS SO HEAR IT WELL. I DO NOT LIKE ALL THE QUESTIONS, IT FEELS LIKE YOU SET IT UP SO IT TAKES MORE MINUTES. KIDS JUST WANT TO HEAR IF THEY ARE ON THE LIST AND TELL SANTA WHAT THEY WANT.

Horrible! Broken and have tried to return but they take a very long time to respond. Be cautious with this company and how they do business.

I like the rope ladder climbing Santa it works good . but, on the box and all the ads I seen said it came with a volume control. I even sent an email asking for them to tell me how to work the volume as there is no knob on it. The reply I got said to keep pushing the button for the sound and it will control the volume, when it did not work I sent another email asking what was the right way to control the volume. The reply I got was there is no volume control and its just an on or off. I live in a complex where I need to turn it down. I put tape over the speaker and its still to loud. I have some of Mr Christmas tree topers and other display items and they work just as it said they would. I wish this one did. If you can help me with this I will change my star to 5 stars and just want to use it as the box and all the ads say it would do. Thank you
