Loved the phone! So fun! However, the speaker is on the bottom of the phone facing the surface that the phone is in. It makes it difficult to hear. There’s bound to be a better location for the speaker!

My original package was damaged during delivery. I contacted customer service and it took them little to no time to get me a replacement. would definitely order from Mr. Christmas again and highly recommended

System allowed me to order items that were out of stock and added a $22 musical ornament to my original order. Would not allow me to delete it. Finally they credited me for the ornament charge. Just a frustrating experience.

Ornament arrived quickly and was exactly as described on the website. It was packaged well and the instructions for use were really straightforward.

I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered 14 inch envelopes that I received not that.

I only received 3 of the 6 phones I ordered. Customer service has not responded with a resolution whether it be resend or refund.
