I have purchased Mr. Christmas items for many years. Their products are creative and lovely. Most importantly, I have never had any item malfunction in all these years. They are still operating exactly as when I received them. In addition, not only do I love the quality of each item, the music, & the animation, but children are fascinated too! Mr. Christmas is a Holiday tradition in my family and now in my children’s family as well!

Absolutely ridiculous - I purchased 9, what I thought, new trees; however, at least 3 were refurbished. Attempted going through a return process; however, after approximately 10+ emails where the rep kept asking for the same details or random photos again and again, I requested to return everything. I would avoid using the company directly and go with a retailer with a more professional, credible, honest reputation.

I purchased the Christmas wand and it is defective. I have contacted customer service the same day I received it and have not had any resolution for over a week. It is now the week of Christmas and no one has replied back to resolve the issue.
