Checking out on Mr Christmas site is very easy and not complicated an doesn't take many steps to do as well as very easy to track my purchases.Long time collector of Mr Christmas an long time purchaser from their site as well.

I placed a large order and over half of my items arrived damaged or defective-dents, chipped paint, paint in wrong areas. Customer service replaced the items with even more obviously damaged items. For the price, this site is not worth ordering from as they clearly do not have any sort of quality control.

We are enjoying our new Halloween decor. Everything is working well and it showed up quickly. Thank you for good service.

The Christmas item I received was poorly packaged. The blow mold was scuffed do to the bag settling and coming off the blow mold in shipment. The bag was merely placed over the item. Not tied or taped to stay in place. The box had a large crush hole in it as well.
