Where do I even start? This has blown me away with the charm and the excitement. This has to be the best way to celebrate Christmas by being able to see the magical joy with my kiddos. On top of that, my device had a small issue impairing my ability to communicate and customer service outdid themselves by having Walmart deliver me a brand new device that same day. I’ve never seen customer service this queued into client perception. I wholeheartedly recommend the telephone product and Mr. Christmas.

The Ferris wheel is beautiful. I love it. The lighting is beautiful.

Ordered 2 of the Mr. Christmas ceramic trees during their after Christmas sale, an 18 inch and a 24 inch. They are so pretty! I can’t wait until next Christmas!

I received a carousel that is defective. It has a thumping noise, and it rattles. I sent Mr. Christmas customer service a video of the carousel, so they could hear the thumping noise and rattling. The base is rattling. I just received an email from Mr. Christmas Support, telling me that the thumping noise is normal. One of the horses has a deep groove in the side. They told me that I was welcome to return it at my own expense. To me, the noise of the rattling is annoying.
