I was sent the wrong item. I have emailed six times to find out what I should do with this. I've gotten responses to submit pictures and they would pass it along to the next "elf ". Unfortunately, at this point, I think I'm gonna have to dispute it with my credit card because I can't get an answer after multiple follow ups. Also, the item that was shipped is not working besides being the wrong one.

My carousel arrived in excellent condition. It was well-packed & protected. It was easy to set up & operate. Enjoyed it very much.
