I did not receive order

Notified your company the day I received my item that it was defective. It’s still in the box it was attached to and never taken out. Just checked it to make sure it was properly operating. Rachel said it needs to be reviewed by the “warranty elves department”. I explained that I didn’t understand that decision because the item arrived defective. I then explained the situation again and requested a replacement or a refund. I never heard back from your company after this request and it’s been over a couple of weeks now. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing your products in the future because of the poor customer service. Still waiting.

The website was easy to navigate. The ordering and delivery were accurate. Package arrived and is better than expected.
