Mr. ApplianceReviews of mrappliance.com

They give you higher price to fix the appliance and when you don't want to do the work with them, they collect $119 from you. If they do it to 20 people in a day, you can imagine how much they have made with out doing any work. I will never recommend them to anyone.

No Show – Unprofessional and Disappointing Service We had a scheduled service within a confirmed time window, but no one showed up — and we received no call or update. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn’t even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I scheduled a service with Mr. Appliance for residue buildup in my top-loading LG washing machine. The visit cost $175, and all I received was a recommendation to clean the washer weekly with white vinegar- something that could have easily been shared over a phone call. I was told that if I wanted them to actually remove the basket to clean it, it would cost an additional $570. This was very frustrating, especially since the company acknowledged they don't clean washers, yet my appointment was clearly booked for that purpose. On top of that, the technician came in on a rainy day without shoe coverings, leaving me to mop my floors after they left.

I don’t even want to give this business 1 star but had to in order to write a review! Mr. Appliance is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with! They never showed up for my appointment. I called numerous times, confirmed my address and phone number with them and was told a technician would be coming. They obviously lied to me. I asked for the main office number and they refused to give it to me. I feel however that I was lucky a technician never showed up because their work probably would be as bad as their company! Do NOT hire them!

Extremely high prices. Tech was knowledgeable but I’m in the real estate industry and their pricing is crazy high! I highly recommend calling around for better pricing!

Horrible customer service! * they did not fix our dryer * they do not stand behind the product they sell * They lied to us twice

Awful experience! May 12, 2025 Washing machine issue. A simple belt. Told it would be here in two days - now it’s next week. Charged an exorbitant amount! May 15, 2025 Called by owner and misinformation by others was resolved, however still an expensive fix. Just for a belt.

I found that Mr. Appliance of Aiken is great for making promises that they are unable to fulfill. I have spent several hundred dollars to try to repair a malfunctioning ice maker in a freezer, I would not recommend Mr. Appliance of Aiken to wipe up spilled water.
