Mpix is a professional photo printing lab based in Pittsburg, Kansas and Columbia, Missouri.Building on over 80 years of professional lab experience from our parent company, Miller’s Professional Imaging, Mpix was launched in 2003 to bring pro-grade quality to every photographer.We specialize in premium photo prints, photo books, wall art, and cards, each one handcrafted in our U.S.-based labs, featuring professional-grade archival papers and free, in-house expert color correction. Mpix also develops film. We process 35mm, Medium format color film, and disposable cameras at our lab in Pittsburg, KS.

I was blown away by the wall art canvas print that was made by Mpix. Not only was it beautiful but it was packed securely, arrived at my door in a few days, and shipping was free. I just couldn't be happier with this order!

I recently tried Mpix for the first time and subsequently placed an additional order. Protons? you may ask---positive, very positive charge. They did an excellent job on the both the giclee and Fuji print materials and completed the orders with effective packaging and timely shipping. You won't have to light a fire under their customer service for friendly attention either. I really like these folks and their good production methods....protons (positively charged), definitely.

Mpix is always my go-to when ordering photo prints. The quality is superior to any other company I've tried. The delivery time from order to getting the prints is very short, which is fantastic. They will also look at my uploaded photos and make suggestions so that I know I will be thrilled with the photos I get.

I ordered three metal prints. Two of them were fine, one of them was not. I contacted customer service and they offered to reprint it with a 30% discount. I thought they should do it for free, but really wanted the third print I found that 30% was already the discount available on the website so I asked if they would at least do free shipping. They said they could not do that. I attempted to submit a two star review on the link that they provided me, but it would not allow me to submit. Now I know why their website has 4.9 stars as an overall review. They only allow those who are perfectly happy with their services to submit.

Hi Kristine. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a great customer experience. We certainly don't like to hear this. I spoke with the lead of our Customer Service team about your case. She will be contacting you to discuss how we can make this right. Please do understand, though, that when the issue originates from the file/photo you upload (in this case, arrows in the photo), we don't typically offer a free reprint. If the final product was damaged or defective in some way, we certainly would reprint for free. We try to do everything we can to ensure customers are happy with their final product. As such, Molly will be reaching out to you. I'm also sorry you had trouble submitting your review on our site. I can assure you we do not block review submissions based on the number of stars given. For example, on our metal prints page (scroll to reviews at the bottom) you can view and filter all 1-5 star reviews.
Do not order from them. I've ordered many items from them. When something is wrong they will not fix it. I ordered a large print that had a bend in it. Another print had bubbles when mounted on mat board. Instead of replacing it, they threw a discount at me. That's their solution to everything - give you a discount. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

If a product is defective or damaged, we will reprint at no cost to the consumer. We would love to look into this so we can learn what went wrong and make things right.
