Mpix is fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about the customer service. Sometimes I'll get replies within MINUTES. They're always super helpful, no matter what challenge I'm facing. Their products are also excellent!

Thanks for your 5-star review, Sam! We appreciate the kind words. I'll be sure to pass on to the team!
I have been using Mpix for at least 3 years. I have never had such incredible quality printing. I make photo cards and use the metalic finishing. It is incredible and I love each and every card I sell, give or use. I also use them for 11x17 prints for framing. The quality is the best. Ordering is easy and gives many options. Delivery is quick and the packaging is fantastic. All prints no matter what size are delivered with not shipping effects.

Hi Gail. Thanks for being such a loyal customer and for this wonderful review! Your custom photo cards on metallic paper sound very cool!
Update: I heard from mpix that I can leave a review and they send me an email two weeks after receiving my order. Appreciate the response although I prefer to review right away, not wait two weeks. I like the print quality at mpix and will I use them in the future. I’ve ordered two photos books (wedding album and travel photo book) as well as two huge canvas wildlife prints and two metal prints of wildlife. All are fabulous. I can’t attach photos here so maybe if I get that email to review I’ll add photos.

Hi Kelly. Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We certainly aren't intentionally blocking you from writing a review! We want all the feedback we can get! You are correct that you can't go to the website and write a review. We don't allow anyone to do that. We do, however, send all customers a request to submit a review (which then shows on the website) about two weeks after a purchase (to allow for shipping time). The email is sent to the same email you use to log in to your Mpix account. I'm sorry if you didn't receive one! If you'd still like to leave us a review for the site, please share your email and/or order number. I will send a private request for this info. We will be sure a review request is sent to you. Thanks again for your feedback and your business!
I needed a lot of help creating a poster as a special gift, and I’m so happy I chose MPIX. Barry and Carrissa were very responsive with my questions and seemed to take personal interest in getting things just right. I was lucky to find that level of care on such a small project. Thanks to all.

Thanks for taking the time to write us a review!
I can’t say enough good things about Mpix! I’ve been using them for my photo printing, and every single experience has been top-tier. The image quality is simply exceptional. Vibrant colors, razor-sharp details, and flawless finishes every single time. They offer an incredible variety of printing options, whether you need standard prints, high-end wall art, or unique specialty products, giving you complete creative freedom. On top of that, their delivery is insanely fast; they almost always ship ahead of schedule, and the care they put into packaging ensures prints arrive flat, protected, and pristine. What truly sets Mpix apart, though, is their customer service. I once received a print that had been damaged in transit, and their support team handled it flawlessly. They immediately dispatched a free replacement and even gave me a credit toward a future purchase. No hassle, no stress. If you care about your photos and want elite quality, lightning-fast delivery, and customer service that actually cares, Mpix is as good as it gets. Five stars without hesitation!
