Thank you for your feedback James!
Same story as the other folks who were duped by this company. They got my money, and I got nothing in return

I couldn’t find the item in stock anywhere else including the manufacturer, plus if anywhere else did get it back in stock I would have been paying double the price so I was a little skeptical as to whether or not my item would arrive, especially after reading some reviews. However, much to my surprise it did arrive, on time and in brand new condition. Would definitely order from Movesea again.

It was supposedly delivered to one of the Luxor boxes where I live. I never received any notification of which box. I will never ever ever ordered from you again.

Dear Steven, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and want to clarify that we are not directly in control of the delivery process as we use an external transport service. However, we are committed to assisting you with this issue. Your shipment was marked as delivered last week, so we will follow up with you for more details and also reach out to the transport company to investigate further. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the situation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, MOVESE Team.
UPDATE: After speaking to a live chat agent and emailing them once more, they have since cancelled the order and issued a refund. More communication would have been good. We have been waiting 3 weeks for our order and despite me emailing them, I have heard nothing! Now, when I click on their website, it has disappeared! I think I’ve lost my money, and won’t have time to purchase what I need before we go away!

Dear Philippa, Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent order. We offer a wide range of products, many of which are stocked in our logistics center for immediate shipment, while others are available with longer lead times from other warehouses. When you select one of these products, you are given an expected delivery date based on the time the product arrives at our logistics center and the delivery time based on the shipping company you select. We strive to improve our services continually, but sometimes unforeseen issues like stock outages, duplicate orders, and real-time warehouse operations can cause items to appear in stock when they are not, leading to delays in delivery. We confirm that your order has been refunded. You should receive your money back shortly, though the exact timing depends on your bank's processing rules. We apologize again for any distress this situation has caused. Lastly, our website is fully operational. If you are experiencing issues accessing it, please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, MOVESEA Team
They did not send me my order , 6 weeks went by and I made contact. They said 1 more week , it’s been 19 days now and they do not respond to my inquiries. I call the phone number and it only rings forever, no place to leave a message. Very frustrated 🤬

Dear Michael, We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Due to a delay in fulfilling your order, we have been forced to cancel it. Our priority is satisfied customers and fast order processing, and we have clearly fallen short in your case. Your frustration is completely understandable, and we apologize for the lack of communication and the extended delay. We are taking steps to address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future. We already processed a refund to the payment method you used for your order. Please allow a few business days for this transaction to be completed. We value your trust and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, MOVESEA Team.
