Everything went wrong. First can’t contact anyone. Didn’t get my order. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t order unless you just want to donate money. Very frustrating dealing with this company. It’s been 30 days still no one is telling me anything about my order even though I tried and tried to find out.

Customer service was quick with answers, product arrived on time and I couldn’t be happier with my order experience.

I have been trying to have a return processed and have yet to receive any communication in regards to my issue. I have reached out multiple times now and have been told that someone would be in touch and still no response. I would have made another purchase almost immediately had someone responded and processed my return.

Due to complications with a product, I was offered an alternative. It took some time, but everything ended up in a very satisfying way. Thank You !

Probably the worst service I have gotten. I placed an order on July 7, after a few days I reached out to them in regards to my order and they said the item was not in stock, they would ship it next week, the week past and several emails later they cancelled the order once I put a claim on affirm after a month. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.
