Hi Justin, it looks like you ordered October 19th and it was printed and shipped October 21st, so 2 days. We allow 3-5 business days to print and ship out so it was actually faster than the average. AND it looks like it was delivered to you October 27th, just 6 days later... Probably the fastest I have seen in a while. Not sure why the 1 star review to be honest Justin.
I've bought 2 deskpads from Mousepad Warehouse now and their quality is great. The print, the materials, the stitching are all really great. If I ever need to replace these, or I just want a different design I would definitely buy from them again.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We'll be looking at setting up some promos for loyal customers so stay tuned!
There were so many different styles to pick from. Being a big Coca Cola fan, the choice was obvious. I received my mouse pad and am very happy with it. The edges are nice and smooth, it comfortable, and good quality! Thank you!

Thank you so much for the positive review Rob! Also a big fan of Coca Cola :D
Lovely mouse mat, great service and good communication - I ordered one that was way too small, but the quality was so nice, I kept that and ordered a much bigger one.

Thank you for the kind review! I hope we see you again soon :)
They sent the wrong item. We contacted them through the website and to the sales email with no response. We sent a third request to the info email that was sent to us with our order, which bounced back as not existing. We ended up having to issue a chargeback on our credit card. Terrible experience.

Sorry you had this experience. I checked our emails and it looks like we missed one email prior to this review being left with a 2nd email at the same time as the review. Sorry we missed that first email - that is on us! If you've already processed a chargback then there is nothing we can do here. Sorry you had that experience and maybe in the future you can give us another chance :)
Amazing quality! I’m glad I bought from you guys!

It was exactly what I ordered and shipped fast from China. The stitching is good quality and the material seems to be of good quality.
