About MosqiShock

MosqiShock is a rechargeable bug zapper lamp designed to help reduce mosquitoes and other flying insects around you, indoors and outdoors. It uses light to attract mosquitoes, moths, flies, and gnats, then neutralizes them with an electric grid, with no sprays, candles, or chemicals involved.Because it’s battery-powered rather than plugged in, MosqiShock is easy to move wherever you need it: the patio, garden, or backyard, or the bedroom and living room at night. The rechargeable battery lasts around 14 hours on a single charge and charges by USB, and the compact, water-resistant design makes it easy to pack for camping trips, fishing, and evenings outdoors.MosqiShock emits no chemicals, toxins, or odors, so there’s nothing to refill or replace and no smell lingering in the air. Using it takes three simple steps: charge it up, press the button to turn it on, and let it work. Results build over time depending on the size of the area and how many insects are around. Maintenance is minimal: periodically wipe away dust and dead insects, and recharge when the battery runs out.Since it uses an electric grid, place MosqiShock out of reach of children and pets.

Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE! I purchased a 4-count pack of mosquito lamps and the company surreptitiously added warranties and fees I did not agree to. I was shocked to see the cost was almost $150. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order. Customer service advised I could not cancel my order and to simply return it to sender once the package was delivered. After the package was delivered, I called customer service again to inquire about a return address label, I was advised they would not provide me with a label, adding that I would have to cover the cost to return it. Okay, no problem, I paid to have it returned to sender, only to be told the address was their "old" address and therefore they could not issue a refund. They blow a lot of smoke in mirrors and lie by omission. Poor customer service and misleading information. Do not recommend! Attention response below; what resolution was reached? I sent your product back to the return address on the shipping label, within the 30 day period and have not been refunded. You kept your product and my money.
