I've wanted a moon pod since this came on the market. And I am glad I got one, love it! It's no ordinary bean bag chair. It is so comfy! And when I ordered my moon pod with the Crescent, I accidentally order to extra items. I immediately contacted customer service and they got back quickly. Hiyezel was helpful in the return process of these two items every step of the way. Really made it easy to deal with customer service. Every time I sent an email I got a reply quickly. Customer service is great here. It would be nice to deal with customer service like this for all things in life. Hiyezel Not only made it easy,but no stress!!

This is made of good materials. For me, I don't quite get the feeling of weightlessness, but it is still comfy.

One of my items was shipped incorrect (color). I contacted customer where Hiyezel took may case. She provided an outstanding and exceptional customer service. She kept me in the loop as my case was being addressed and notified me as soon as a resolution had been reached. And to top all, she kept me informed as my replacement item shipping progressed on it's way. Thanks for all Hiyezel!

I waited 4-6 weeks or more for a pillow and received varying answers the entire time. It varied from that I preordered it (wouldn’t provide proof), to USPS delays, to COVID/supply chain excuses. It wouldn’t of been a big deal if anything had been communicated upfront or throughout but it was quite the opposite. I ordered my original Moonpod from their Kickstarter and have always been a huge fan until this insane experience. The final straw was them deleting my very fair and honest review (notice their site ONLY has 4-5 star reviews) and having the most strict return policy including requiring customers to pay return shipping and have all the original packaging.

Due to the unexpected very high volume of orders we received for the 4D Pillow, USPS was overwhelmed with the high order volume, thus the delay with the delivery. However, we assure that all pillow orders were already handed to USPS right after they are placed, and USPS is doing their very best to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. We again apologize for this inconvenience here! As for your feedback on leaving a review, we thank you for bringing this to our attention! I'll reach out to our team about this, to correct any errors that we have on our website. Lastly, we also appreciate your feedback about our Return Policy, and please note that we have a general return policy that we offer to all customers and that we need to uphold. The product is junk…goes flat within a month.. don’t waste all that money! No customer service number on website or commercial…wonder why? Because they know their product is a scam…beans go flat within a month making you pay more money for the thing! Take your junk off the market or grow a set and get a customer service number and make things right for your customers! Very shady!! Terrible

Honestly terrible product. NOT worth the money. I bought it to help with my anxiety because of how it was advertised and it did nothing to help. Also, the beads inside are uncomfortable as they protrude through the thin material. Not worth the money at all.
