I’ve been a customer for years because you guys have great products that are concise, but still varied and done really well. The customer service is charming, shipping timely, packaging high-end, and there’s the perfect number of sales and promotional emails throughout the year to peak interest, without the overwhelming fluff, repetition, and complicated sales designed to make you think you’re getting a better deal than you are. Your sales make it possible for me to treat myself occasionally, and gift my favorite items to others. I really like your periodic engagement emails that take a moment to reflect, give thanks, and have a human moment not 100% tied to commercialism. I also like the subtle, inclusive feminist undertones and hints that this is a small business not yet jaded by retail world toxicity. I really think this company deserves the 5 star praise. I’ve only had good experiences, the products are top notch, and if I ever catch the honey mask when it’s not sold out, I think I’m going to become obsessed. I know my family will be low-key jealous over who got the Moon Mother Hemp stocking stuffers this year and who got boring-ass Yankee candles.
