Hi John, We just checked tracking on your package and it says it is out for delivery today! It was ordered on the 25th and shipped on the 29th. Hope you enjoy. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Warmly, The Moon Mother Team
My salve smells completely different than the sample l. Also the pen I bought was leaking in the case when I opened it. So disappointing. Haven’t heard back from the owners yet and I bought it two months ago. I give up.

Hi Anastasia, Come in and we will make it right. The Farmacy Bliss Pens we carried had a problem leaking and they have since changed their hardware. They will also exchange it for you or if you have not yet exchanged it we would love to replace it for you. As far as the balm goes, is it possible that you purchased one of our other 4 balms that is not the same as the sample you received? Let us know. Warmly, The Moon Mother Team
