I have used a Monnit temperature monitor in my home for about 4.5 years. Most of that time I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska. While on vacation in New Zealand during late winter, the monitor alerted me to an abnormal drop in temperature in my house. My furnace had malfunctioned. The early warning allowed me to remotely initiate repairs before my house froze. Thank you Monnit for a dependable monitoring system that literally saved me thousands of dollars in damages.

Couldn't get the app to load on my Samsung J7 V phone. Monnit would not refund my purchase.

Great company with a rock solid staff, service and products. I think in all the years I’ve been their customer, I’ve had only one rude person on the phone. That’s just not enough to negate all the wonderful experiences I’ve had with the people and products of Monnit for the last 6 years to make me want to give them anything less than 5 stars.

10% of sensors are defective from my order. Very slow customer service and response rate. Do not purchase from Monnit unless you have a full-time technical support staff and can commit to a very challenging debugging process. Their system is unreliable and buggy.

Had a recent problem with the main "brain" and had to go without a replacement loaner, so did not have 24/7 monitoring for quite some time. Otherwise, the service tech I spoke with was helpful. Some of the instructions and processes online for device management are very confusing.
