The product had issues ingestting my statements. The support was quick but there must have been functionality gaps. They refunded my money without me asking which I appreciated.

It's good for US banks but interface could be easier especially when you have multiple months in one document

There are many times when your application does not convert the bank statement files properly, and sometimes does not convert at all.

Our customer support team would like to investigate the issue to learn more about the specific situations where the file did not convert properly, or at all. Often we can figure out why things are not working from that information, and advise you on a resolution. If we do need to investigate in detail we will likely need a PDF statement and can provide you with a procedure to remove personal information from the PDF file before you send it to us. Two Issues with what I purchased pdf2csv converter software I bought. (1) It did not work for some of the image-based pdf bank statements and I had to buy another annual subscription PDF+ (2) It is a good UI Desktop version. But, does not allow users to invoke from a common prompt with arguments to run it inside another excel based programs.
