I worked with Joel and he was super helpful and patient. He explained everything extremely well and was able to answer all all my questions. He waited on the phone with me while I read through the entire contract, explaining things that I didn't understand or just needed more information about. I was very glad and hopeful at the end of our conversation and definitely recommend going through the process with him!

Bettina was such a lovely person and while I was speaking to her, I felt a sincerity from her. She’s the type of person you would want to speak while you feel helpless with your bills.
