I was very hesitant to embark on this endeavor. In this day and age of scammers, it is little nerve racking to give out personal information. Joel was understanding and patiently explained the program, answered my questions, and put my mind at ease. This ‘Fresh Start’ is exactly what I needed to do! Thank you, Joel!

The amount of patience he had as I went through all the details was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and I truly appreciated his advice and time. Well done!

Joel was very helpful and explained the process in a simple easy way to understand on both the pros and cons. In the end mainly pros for the client giving room to rebuild in the future. I would recommend if one's financial situation would benefit.

Bettina was very pleasant and had great customer service. I was a little anxious signing up with a new company to assist me with my debt. Consequently, I had a lot of questions and concerns but Bettina was very patient and understanding.
