We purchased two Obsidian 2.0 bikes. We absolutely love them. They have all the features we were looking for and look sharp too. Mokwheel has been great to work with. When there was a minor issue with our order (missing cable) they remedied it quickly. Looking forward to a fun summer of bike riding!

I have worked with mokwheel for 4 years and they stand behind all their products. I have tried to sell multiple brands and it is hard to find a company that backs the product and backs their dealers 100% i can name at least four other brands we tried to sell but found that the quality and the "backing" of the dealer just didnt exist. IE COVID- we experienced multiple problems with communication, delivering of goods and customer service. Mokwheel made all the right changes and now we proudly have 3 locations with their products. thank you Mokwheel!

After ordering the part I needed I apparently ordered the wrong part. It was my fault and they made it easy to get me the right part.

I've purchased two of the Obsidian 2.0 from them. There have been very few problems with either of them. Of those few problems Mokwheel has gone out of their way to fix them. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quality bike with quality customer service.

After much research, I purchased a mokwheel for my husband’s birthday two years ago. He was super excited when he opened it and so he assembled it immediately. This bike is very cool looking and performance seemed awesome while it worked. He got about 6 short rides out of it before it started acting up for us. We contacted the company who seemed helpful at first, sending us replacement parts for what seemed to be broken. Well, over the next year we went through 3 rear wheels/hubs and still couldn’t get the thing working. I repeatedly insisted to customer service that we got a lemon and I requested they take it back to which they refused to even reply to my request. Well it has now sat in our garage for a year. I recently was told by a local bike shop that basically these internet sites that sell ebikes are a joke and no customer service past the sale. I’m very disappointed that we spent so much money on such a piece of crap. I’m putting this review up as a warning to others considering this company. My local bike shop advised me in the future to buy local so that you can have that in person support if something goes wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP CHINESE COMPANY!

Response from Mokwheel· Jun 22, 2026
Dear Melanie, First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies to you and your husband for all the frustrations you have experienced with your Mokwheel over the past year. We fully understand how disappointing it must have been to invest considerable time and effort into repeated repairs, only to find that the issue was never properly resolved, ultimately leaving the bicycle unused in your garage. This is by no means the experience we wish any of our customers to have. We also deeply regret the recurring problems you have encountered with the rear wheel motor, as well as the unsatisfactory communication with our customer service team. Upon review, we note that our after-sales team did correspond with you in April 2025 regarding the rear wheel motor issue and requested relevant photos and video footage to enable a more accurate diagnosis. However, as we did not subsequently receive the requested visual materials, we were unable to verify the specific fault and therefore could not proceed further with the case. We have taken your feedback very seriously and have escalated the entire case to our senior technical team for a thorough review. We sincerely hope that you can provide us with the specific details of the fault you experienced, along with the photos and videos we had previously requested. Once we receive this information, we will assign a dedicated representative to verify and follow up on your case promptly, and we will provide you with a resolution as soon as possible, ensuring that your concerns are properly addressed and that communication gaps do not occur again. We fully recognise that no amount of explanation can make up for the time and effort you have lost over the past year. Nevertheless, we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to communicate with you in good faith and do our utmost to resolve this outstanding issue. Once again, thank you for sharing your experience with us so candidly. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us review our service processes and prevent similar issues from arising in the future. Best Regards, Mokwheel
