Dear An, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with MojoHost. We understand that the initial delay in processing your CDN order caused frustration, and we sincerely apologized then, also now, for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing your case, and as it was originally explained in your support ticket, the initial delay was due to our fraud prevention algorithms, which are in place to protect our clients and their interests. We are a global business, and do not discriminate against any geographies. We regret any lack of timely communication in this regard and appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved this matter. Our records indicate that following the resolution of the fraud alert, our team worked diligently to support and complete the custom provisioning of your CDN zones. We aimed to ensure your service was set up correctly and efficiently, tailoring the configurations to meet your specific needs. Subsequent to all of these efforts, I was the one who pushed back a full refund of your payment after you cancelled service ten days later with the reason given "I just change my mind." Moreover, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and service quality. Our service was absolutely fantastic, first-class from start to finish. For us, it's awkward for a sale to not pass fraud algorithms, and that is why we replied personably with thoughtful questions to establish the legitimate nature of your order. It seems you failed to recognize or appreciate any of our efforts during this experience. You never did to correct this terrible review, which you wrote prior to even working with us and establishing service, a full two weeks before cancelling with a reason of "I just changed my mind." My personal response to this was a full 100% refund of your entire order, which you didn't even ask for, and I think this is an amazing example our our relentless commitment to #GoodMojo and always doing the right thing. We value your business and are committed to continuous improvement in our service delivery and customer support. If you have any further questions, concerns, or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are here to assist and ensure a positive experience with MojoHost. Warm regards, Brad Mitchell, President, MojoHost

Dear Mark, Wow, what a journey you've had with us! Your review genuinely touched us, and I can't thank you enough for sharing your experiences in such a vivid and heartfelt way. Your story is a testament to the commitment we have towards our customers, and I'm so proud to hear how Jerry went above and beyond to support you. Your transition to MojoHost in 2013 and the seamless experience until the server move in 2017 is exactly what we aim for—uneventful in the best way possible. However, it's during the challenging times, like your server move, where the true colors of our support team shine through. Jerry's dedication to fixing your script and ensuring the smooth running of your sites is a shining example of our ethos at MojoHost. I'm over the moon to know that this experience solidified your trust in us, to the point where no amount of money could tempt you away. That’s the kind of loyalty we cherish and strive to foster with all our clients. Your kind words are a massive encouragement to our team, and especially to Jerry, whose efforts have clearly had such a positive impact on your business. We're thrilled to have you with us and, like you, we're here for the long haul—hopefully without any hamster incidents! Thank you for being an exceptional part of the MojoHost family, Mark. We value your business and your trust immensely. Warmest regards, Brad Mitchell
