Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand your frustration; however, it appears there may be a misunderstanding. MojoHost is a web hosting provider and does not have direct involvement in the financial or affiliate agreements of our clients. While we value feedback and take all reviews seriously, it’s important to clarify that our role is limited to providing hosting services. We did receive your complaint and have dutifully forwarded it to our client for resolution. As a hosting provider, we don't have the authority or means to adjudicate financial disputes between third parties and our clients. We encourage you to directly contact the company you have an affiliate relationship with to resolve this matter. We actually did respond to your initial complaint in 1 hour and 8 minutes from the time it was sent. In fact, within that 1 hour and 8 minutes, we had contacted our customer, who reported back to us that the issue was resolved, and next then replied to you. Whether or not they resolved any issue privately with you is not our business or responsibility. As the owner of MojoHost, I did also spend my time speaking with you directly on Skype to further explain this situation, even after your timely receipt of responses from our Abuse help desk. I wish you the best of luck with your affiliate promotions, but my advice is to promote companies who are actively supporting and communicating with their affiliates. There are many who are motivated to do this and it is unfortunate that your experience with a customer of our hosting service was sub-optimal. If you would like to promote our affiliate program, we would be thrilled to give you the tools and support required to achieve success. Our commitment to excellent service extends to all facets of our business, and we take pride in the support and reliability we offer to our direct customers. We regret any inconvenience this situation has caused and hope for a swift resolution between you and the affiliate company. Thank you for understanding our position in this matter. Sincerely, Brad Mitchell, President, MojoHost.

Dear An, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with MojoHost. We understand that the initial delay in processing your CDN order caused frustration, and we sincerely apologized then, also now, for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing your case, and as it was originally explained in your support ticket, the initial delay was due to our fraud prevention algorithms, which are in place to protect our clients and their interests. We are a global business, and do not discriminate against any geographies. We regret any lack of timely communication in this regard and appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolved this matter. Our records indicate that following the resolution of the fraud alert, our team worked diligently to support and complete the custom provisioning of your CDN zones. We aimed to ensure your service was set up correctly and efficiently, tailoring the configurations to meet your specific needs. Subsequent to all of these efforts, I was the one who pushed back a full refund of your payment after you cancelled service ten days later with the reason given "I just change my mind." Moreover, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and service quality. Our service was absolutely fantastic, first-class from start to finish. For us, it's awkward for a sale to not pass fraud algorithms, and that is why we replied personably with thoughtful questions to establish the legitimate nature of your order. It seems you failed to recognize or appreciate any of our efforts during this experience. You never did to correct this terrible review, which you wrote prior to even working with us and establishing service, a full two weeks before cancelling with a reason of "I just changed my mind." My personal response to this was a full 100% refund of your entire order, which you didn't even ask for, and I think this is an amazing example our our relentless commitment to #GoodMojo and always doing the right thing. We value your business and are committed to continuous improvement in our service delivery and customer support. If you have any further questions, concerns, or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are here to assist and ensure a positive experience with MojoHost. Warm regards, Brad Mitchell, President, MojoHost
