Really happy overall, I am in CT so delivery took about 3 weeks. Hard to find modern furniture up this way, it’s mostly farmhouse chic. My sister had a Modloft sideboard that I absolutely adored. I ended up going with a dining table and chairs, they are stunning, need to figure out how to send them my photos.

I recently purchased a dining set from Modloft, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish! The ordering process was smooth, and the customer support team was fantastic in answering my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the delivery was right on time. The dining set itself is stunning and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it has quickly become the centerpiece of our home. I’m already looking at more pieces to furnish other rooms in my house!

My wife and I ordered two beds w/mattresses, a massive TV stand, a couch and a chair from Modloft when we moved into our home. Fast, on time delivery, and when delivery came, they gave us white glove service and helped get everything setup. The sales person was great, and we've loved the products. Thank you!

You have a lot of options for places to buy furniture. What separates Modloft was the personal attention I received that helped me get to where I was aiming to be. I appreciate the people here, which is tough to say in 2024 at many places.

I moved from Chicago to coral springs fl recently, and the movers lost a few pieces of my Modloft Pearl bookcases. They were purchased over 7 years ago, but when i called Modloft, they were great enough to send me replacements at no cost. They are a truly reputable company with modern luxury furnishings that are well above standard for quality. You cant even compare them to places like Ikea or Room and Board because they are on another level.

I should have checked Trust Pilot sooner! I ordered a Netta outdoor set in April and spoke with a person at their store. I was told it would be charcoal gray and arrive in 3 weeks. Well...they charged my credit card right away and then postponed delivery 3 times. At long last, today we received the set in the wrong color and were told it just looked different on-line. It was khaki green - not gray. I asked them to take it back. Now they are going to charge me $299 plus 20% re-stocking fee. Highway robbery for their lies and postponements. This company should go out of business.

Horrible company. I placed an order for a couch. They charged my card and it has been weeks and they keep postponing shipment. No reasons given. Every week I call, they tell me “it will be shipped next Monday.” I will never do business with them again. Stay far away
