Advertised 25 percent off click to buy it’s only 20 percent even though it’s advertised on ever platform as 25 percent and the bed has gone up ten pounds every day for 4 days when I’ve tried to contact them they show no interest and make excuses or ignore !!

PAID for fabric sampled. They never arrived. Phoned up the company, was spoken to by an uninterested bloke. Explained that they never arrived. He said he would send some. They never arrived. He's lost out on £5000 of business now. That's what you get when you take money from customers and don't send the goods. Do not use this company.

Bought tv bed from this company, delivery was quick, they assembled the bed frame together but not completely done didn’t fit in the fittings for the tv left that for me to do. (Classed as disabled living alone) Left all the packaging in my bedroom. Bed is ok very cheaply made, ripped at the back of the headboard, also didn’t secure the bed slats. Didn’t realise any damage or the slats till after they left, because headboard was against the wall.

Do not use this company! Don’t be fooled by the website or advertisements on any platform. Worst customer service I have ever experienced ,bed not as described and parts missing so it can not be used, they’ve taken the money and will not refund as per the advertised money back return policy!Do not use

Disappointing Experience I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. Unfortunately, luxury Ritz bed I received was not as described and the overall quality was extremely disappointing. The materials used feel cheap and poor quality, and the workmanship does not match what I would expect from a company selling a “luxury” bed. The assembly instructions were also very poor and unclear, making the installation unnecessarily difficult. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company by email several times regarding these issues and did not receive a single response. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company or its products.
