You're models are fabulous but navigating round the web site is tricky as I found items I wanted to look at I could not find. Also, there's no way of contacting you to ask a question. I do want to buy more from you but find it frustrating finding items.

The kit I ordered was not delivered in the time stated (48h post, 3-5 working days, 14 days passed since order), and no response to email enquiry for 24 hours. Edit: Toby replied to second email. Replacement received, with thanks.

The order was placed on the 26th August, I’m still waiting on the order to arrive 4th September. No replies to any emails that have been sent. This may change after I receive the order.
