Very good service overall, Only thing that I would fix about my whole experience was shipping time My product was sent out late but that could have been due to the holidays which I can understand other than that excellent customer service and the product worked as described

Excellent service, fast support when required without bots and needless complications, reliable; even the packing's superb, everything in its own baggie, quality ones too, i actually keep them. Zero complaints really. (if it's of import, am an EU citizen)

I had SO many questions. They took the time to answer everything with patience. Even when there was a little problem they were there to fix it and they even offered rebates as courtesy.
