Super fast customer service. Helped me ensure I was ordering the correct product. They are doing the Lord's work with these 24 to 8 pin Dell connectors.

Carrie really took the time to explain to me why an option made sense vs the one I requested. An expert who takes the time to explain, you don't really see that much nowadays. Great customer service!

MODDIY advertises free shipping on the majority of their products but this is not actually the case. Super misleading and support don't seem to care. Be very careful. What is assuming is that the second you post a public review they instantly refunded me the shipping and asked I update my review... While I appreciate the gesture, you still need to fix your website. Until the website correctly states shipping my review stands.

I ordered the following product: ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 H++ 12V-2X6 675W 12VHPWR 16 Pin Power Cable It is really unique that they make custom cables for each individual PSU model out there ! Also, the service team immediately provided me with a discount coupon. Can highly recommend.
