Te cobran pero no envían mercancía. Son estafadores

No order updates in 5 days, emailed twice but no response, phone number non-operational. Total scam.

- They never sent the product so never got delivered. - 1st claim: They sent back a general email with a NON - EXISTENT WhatsApp number. - 2nd claim: They told me to wait 48h due to spanish customs. I HAD RECEIVED NO PRODUCT. - 3rd claim: OVERLOOKED ❌❌❌ SCAM SCAM SCAM ❌❌❌

Horrible Scammers! They sent the cream from Dubai not from Germany in the EU. So it came w/ 71.15€ customs duty due to Italy. I refused to pay and had UPS return it. Asked for refund. They said they paid the duty upfront ( a LIE!!!). I have tracking showing they got the package back but still no refund! So my credit card company refunded my $$ when I disputed the order! Bad company! Avoid!!!
