Extremely poor contractors used for delivery and furniture assembly. I purchased a product that was damaged by the installer and pieces were not installed and not included with the furniture which led to further damage to the furniture. No product warranty is provided and customer service for resolving issues is poor.

We’ve had this couch for a couple of years, and it’s been a huge disappointment. It’s supposed to be super comfortable, like a “cloud couch,” but it’s anything but. The feathers constantly poke through, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions don’t fit right—even after fluffing—so you end up with gaps and uneven sections that just look terrible. On top of that, the company offers no real help with refilling or fixing the cushions. For the price and hype, it’s just not worth it.

Not recommendable. The leather items fall apart in 2-3 years of use. Expensive for the quality.

This is an update to my earlier review. The first repair just involved greasing of the wheels, after about 2 weeks it has the same noise. When I contacted service, Jenece told me there was nothing she could do bc the matter was closed until I asked for the VP of operations. I managed to get another service call and again the only solution is greasing the wheels, not good enough. Maybe they should contact the manufacturer for a solution. So, I guess I will be stuck with a defective sofa. I will not buy there again. I just bought a sofa and it has a defect. I contacted my sales person Yvonne, who contacted customer service for me. Customer service janese got back to me quickly and handled everything to submit the claim to the service department. Both of the ladies have done a great job. I am now waiting for service.

I recently ordered a sofa set from this company, expecting a smooth and timely delivery process. However, I'm disappointed to report that my experience has been anything but that. My sofa pieces were supposed to arrive within the promised time frame, but they have been significantly delayed. To make matters worse, the customer service representative handling my order provided inaccurate information on multiple occasions. This led to further confusion and frustration, which ultimately resulted in the company firing the representative. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's disheartening to know that my order wasn't handled with the care and attention it deserved. Despite the setbacks, I still hope that my sofa set will arrive by June, as I've been looking forward to enjoying it in my home. I'm crossing my fingers and praying that the company can rectify this situation by delivering a high-quality product on time. However, based on my experience so far, I'm hesitant to recommend this company to others. In summary, the delays and inaccurate information provided have marred my experience with this company. While I appreciate their decision to fire the unhelpful customer service representative, I can't help but feel let down by the overall process. I hope they can turn things around, as I'm still looking forward to receiving my sofa.

Delivery team was extremely rude. Had a horrendous delivery experience

The rep was nice. She was off on the time frame of the sofa arriving. We were told the beginning of March and we didn’t get it to the beginning of April which was a huge inconvenience. The chairs are great. The big issue is there is a yellow stain on one chair and dirt marks on the others. The delivery person took a photo of it when he dropped it off. No one reached out so I’m assuming I will have to call. The office was closed during drop off. If we didn’t have those two big issues it would have probably been 5 stars.

I went in there because the piece of furniture I wanted was there. If it was not for this, I am not sure that I would have purchased. My sales associate appeared to be confused or maybe shocked that I had so many questions about the furniture. I wonder if she was shocked that a young person of my caliber could come in there and afford the piece that I purchased. I felt like I was being judged at first. Then when I sat down with my card in hand ready to make a purchase, the lady's fake ass customer skills came out. Beautiful furniture but not sure I'd ever return to work her. Update- the item came in and looked different than what was on the show room floor. I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund. The lady in customer service sounds very rude. Yet another reason why I would not work with this company.
