I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered an outdoor set over a month ago. They sent me the wrong item and I have been going back and forth for over a month to return this! I have spoke to over 10 people and NO ONE does anything about it! I haven't even been able to speak to a live person!! I been emailing them non stop daily! and I spend a lottt of money.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I bought a table 3 months ago and the same day I realized that is missing some screws under the table I called them a lot of times and nobody can help me. The worst store!

Went into store and was very pleased with customer service. Placed order for $10k of furniture and waited delivery date. Upon delivery, received damaged table, chair, and bed. Chair was replaced several times and I continued to receive defective chairs. Got tired of sending chairs back so settled with a credit. Dining room table was replaced twice and both times defective. Still waiting for replacement table! Bed had defective drawer. I continue to receive defective things so I sent the bed back for refund. It took one whole month to get a response back from customer service. It’s been quite some time since ordering my desk and no eta or communication about it yet. Stay away from Modani!

I ordered on line. They delivered the two pieces but the tv stand was incomplete and was sent back with the delivery company the same day 06/15/20. I'm just trying to call to schedule a new delivery day and nobody answer. You don't have a customer service that you announce no online no phone number that you can reach someone and I left a message no one answer yet.

Modani Delivered fake marble table to us.This was something happened to us last year we bought this beautiful nazario White grey marble dining table from Modani. After they delivered we noticed that table was severely damaged and informed the delivery guys. They said customer service will take care of it. We called and emailed them several times but they kept saying we will be reached. Even left several reviews in this site. They promised to contact in a reply but never did. After Waiting for several months we gave up and filed a dispute with our credit card company Then they call us.customer service schedule and delivered a fake marble table after 6 months and never recieved our calls after. It Looks like its a faux marble table or something with plastic material. We are very upset having to wait for close to 6 months these guys cheat us like this. I only ask everyone to stop buying furniture from here.

It’s been a ridiculous and horrible experience in my all life to buy furnitures from Modani . They were so sweet and hot to service you before you buy and after bought and paid in full over $46k , in 10 months NEVER can be reached out and finalize the delivery. The customer service is always NO BODY picking up your phone calls for over 1 hour long and Sales mangers all over the California and states promised to help me but NEVER AND NO One continuing their jobs for me. I have been paid in full but no ETA for rest of my furnitures even had no Courtesy and regular response at all in 10 months !! I tried to call them everyday and NO RESPONSE!! Furnitures in Show rooms are made in United States but when you received them all made in China!!! So frustrated with their quality and service! DONOT BUY MODANI!!!

Worst customer experience ever on a $15k order. Wrong sofa was delivered and it’s taken multiple weeks to even get a response from Customer service. An expensive art piece was never received and same no follow up.
