About Mochi Zen
If you have tried every diet, every tracking app, and every points system and watched the weight come back, the problem was never your willpower. It was the subconscious programming driving you to overeat. Mochi Zen is the only weight loss app that fixes why you overeat and tracks what you eat, all in one place.A hypnotherapy app for weight loss, anxiety, sleep, and burnoutMochi Zen pairs hypnotherapy audio sessions built on Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), the method developed by Marisa Peer, with AI-powered nutrition tracking. Most diet apps tell you what to eat. Mochi Zen works on the reason you reach for food when you are stressed, bored, anxious, or exhausted: the emotional eating patterns, the constant food noise, the late-night cravings that no meal plan has ever fixed.Because eating, mood, and rest are connected, Mochi Zen also includes hypnotherapy sessions for anxiety and sleep. When you sleep better and worry less, the cravings quiet down on their own.The app also includes a burnout session series for anyone running on empty: the ones who take care of everyone else first, push through exhaustion, and reach for food or lose sleep because of it. These RTT-based sessions work on the subconscious beliefs that make it so hard to rest, say no, and put yourself back on your own list.Everything in one appAlongside the RTT-based hypnosis sessions, Mochi Zen includes an AI meal scanner that logs your food from a photo, a macros calculator, USDA food database logging, a weight tracker, and a daily journal. It is available on iOS, Android, and the web, with a free tier and a 7-day free trial of the full experience. The science behind hypnosis for weight lossHypnotherapy is not a gimmick. In a study published in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology (Kirsch et al., 1995), people who added hypnosis to their weight loss program lost more than twice the weight of those who dieted alone, and the results held at a two-year follow-up.
