Sid took my original call, researched with the manufacturer to identify the correct part, called me back and also sent an email with a link for the correct part. I placed my order and mistakenly gave my old email address. So I did not get a confirmation of sale. I reached out to Mobility and Edward resent the confirmation to my current email and followed up to make sure it had come. Great customer service like it should be!

Did not have to wait on the phone until a person picked up the call. Even though I first got the wrong person initially they took the information, gave me the correct battery information and transferred me to the right person. I was able to order the correct battery with little trouble. I believe his name was “Sid”. Also the follow up was great.
