the representative was wonderful. the reason for the 4 is because i still don't understand the difference in the price that is listed online and the price i was quoted and charged being MORE

I've used this company before to get my inlaws a micro and they were very helpful. This time, when I called for one for my father, they wanted to charge me $467 for the same system and service I could order online for $395, which made me feel they were trying to take advantage of me. If I were an older person without Internet to order I would have been charged $70 just for ordering over the phone. This didn't happen the first time when I called for my inlaws; the price on the phone was the same as online. Other than this experience, we've been very happy with the service and micro device.

During the consultation with your sales consultant, they may have found that you could benefit from our systems protection plan. It is a service most of our customers subscribe to due to the benefits it provides like device replacement and discounts on other services. That would explain the $72 difference with the pricing provided over the phone. If that was not something you were interested in we are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Paula your rep I spoke with on the phone was amazing, patiently answered my questions and was amazing geting us connected so to speak in the middle of me having meetings at work lol played phone tag for a bit.
