Farriss Cobb was my initial contact and continued to work with me through the 3 week process it took my family to make a decision. He was outstanding and was an expert in the product and was able to answer my many questions as well as extremely patient and never pushed me or continued to call me unnecessarily. The Micro System met all my sisters needs and I am very excited for her receive it and use it. It is very complete and simple to use. My only suggestion would be to stop other customer service staff from calling unnecessarily, maybe they could read the notes and then understand that I would be in contact once I was ready.

The communication was done well and he made sure I understood everything. However I received too many emails and calls from other sales reps. I preferred dealing with just one and maybe two of the original was not available to answer questions because of their days off or illness.
