When I called for help, the person I spoke with was patient and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with Justin Bailey's device. And we received the replacement in the quickest possible time. Then the person I called to help make sure we got the device set up and operational was also very patient and knowledgeable. And the new device is working perfectly! You can't beat that.

I had used mobile help in the past. Insurance paid for a different company so I changed. After my mother fell and pushed her help button I found her on the floor. I called 911 and we went to ER. Exactly 1 hour later the company called me and said they were having issues. I immediately canceled and went back to the very reliable Mobile Help. Thank you Mobile Help for being there when needed.

The representative was very knowledgeable, very helpful and allowed me to make my own choice regarding which plan I chose. There was no pressure applied and that’s what I like. To even purchase any type of service was my choice. I was not pressured into it. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the function of the systems the cost, in their efficiency. That’s what I like as a customer I don’t like to have to grill the representative for answers. Thank you.
