I dealt with Bill and he was outstanding. He explained the product and answered all of my questions.

He was extremely patient and didnt demand a bunch of info up front. He answered my questions and didnt try to force the conversation in any specific direction. I had all my questions answered and received even more helpful advice. Im getting way more out of this system than i expected.

I give Mobile Help a 5 star rating .. I was able to get a reasonable price for 3 min. for my dad on a Friday. customer care was good and fast responding to my call. On Saturday my dad passed & unfortunately he couldn’t use the service. I was able to cancel acct. with customer service with full understanding of the situation…I recommend this service to all.
