i was coming from a bad experience with another alert system. Your salesman listened to what i wanted to buy and we were done quickly.

When I was ordering the alarm, I ha d no trouble, he was very helpful and nice.

I haven't received the system yet. Just ordered it a few minutes ago. My first experience was great. I have talked to several companies. All had a heavy sales pitch. Very, very pushy. Nathan was not. Very thorough and helpful. One of the most important things that was mentioned right away, is that Nathan was the first person to ask me if my husband had any implanted electrical devices. He does have a pacemaker. I can see that that could cause problems with some of the systems. Maybe bad problems. Nathan explained the system briefly and sent me an email with further instructions and a number to call with questions. A good start. I will certainly feel more secure leaving the house with this system and fall monitor.

Good follow up and good product. Kept it simple and price was competitive.
