Great products, great service

I am beyond satisfied with the way the Customer Service Representativeresolved my issue. After exchanging a few e-mails explaining the situation, Janet was able to dispatch the correct item out to me. It's refreshing to know that great Custer service still exists in this day and age.

Worst company, by far, that I have ever dealt with. Their expensive products are shoddy and flimsy. There return process is ridiculous. And once they receive your returned merchandise they don't reimburse the entire amount. Although they do continue trying to convince you that they have paid the entire amount, as if you never took 1st grade math and don't know how to count. Everything about this company is wrong. Customer service is absolute garbage, products are extremely cheaply made, and they basically steal from their customers. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DEALING WITH SOME FAR OFF CHINESE EBAY RESELLER THAN THESE CROOKS.

Cancel my order just because my billing and shiooing address was different. Therecwas a mistake in my delivery address I requested an amendmentbut they were no help instead they cancled my order due to security reasons.. No help at all.
