I loved working with this company. They took a 70 year old technically challenged girl and walked me through the process until we reached the finish line. The communication was beyond expectations and the final product couldn’t have been better. I’ll never have to look for another printing company again!

The Marsid M&M Group provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of my order. I even reordered a second batch of the product within a month or two. I could not find any company to produce a customized Coupon Book for our practice. All books I found online had a pre-set number of pages. I only needed x12 pages as I wanted a coupon for every month within the year + a cover page. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, I provided my own high resolution graphics. The proofing process with simple & straight-forward. The communication was easy & helpful. The shipment was received very quickly. Even with a quantity error issue, The Marsid M&M Group resolved it with a quick secondary shipment & even a discount for the trouble. We lost our coupon books somehow, & they gave us a discount for our OWN error when we reorded. Highly recommended for this customized printing.

I have been involved with commercial printers for decades. The Marsid M&M Group has become my favorite. The customer service is quick on the draw, friendly, and helpful. The quality of M&M's printing is excellent. The lead time is short; the delivery is prompt. And the price is more than competitive!
