Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad our crew worked quickly and handled the stairs without complaint, and we’re sorry to hear about the lamp and the door. On moving day our foreman offered protective packing materials and reviewed the options with you, and we always recommend them for fragile items and tight spaces. Even so, we’d like to hear more, so please reach out to us directly at [email protected] or (847) 910-2030. We truly appreciate your trust in us and hope to have the chance to make things right. Dear Pat, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad to hear our team was friendly, accommodating, and careful with your belongings during your move from Missouri to Illinois. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the communication with the drivers regarding pickup and delivery time changes. Keeping you informed is just as important as handling your items with care, and we’ve shared your comments with our team so we can improve in this area. We’re happy our customer service line was able to help. We’d love the chance to work with you again in the future! Warm regards, The MLV Transportation Team
