The overall experience was good, timeliness of delivery, good communication and ease of ordering however the sample was very disappointing. I ordered New York Bond No. 9 and it has no notes of patchouli which is typically woodsy and earthy. Not happy.

I was very unhappy with my product. I reviewed and explained why I was unhappy. Nobody responded to me. Now I'm even more unhappy. Don't ask for reviews if you're not going to respond to customer's problems. I am now an ex customer. ETA: I read your response, which was the first I've gotten since my complaint. I did not receive any emails with a return sticker. Even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to do anything with it, since I can't print stickers from my email. I checked my spam folder to see if these emails got diverted. The only things in my spam folder are promotional ads for mix perfume.

Hi Jill, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. After reviewing your case, we understand that your concern was about the size of the 2ml sample you purchased. While the size was clearly stated on the product page, we know that expectations around samples can sometimes differ. To make things right, we promptly offered a return and sent a prepaid return label to your email for a full refund. Our team also followed up multiple times, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response or the returned item. Without that, we were unable to complete the refund process. If you ever decide to revisit the conversation, we’re still here and happy to assist. Wishing you all the best, —The Mixperfume Team

Delivery of product was good. The issue I had was the writing on the bottle was not legible. It would help if the print was clearer. The ink was to light.

Great website. great deals. great samples. The only issue I have is that I am almost certain they sent me the wrong fragrance. I ordered parfums de marly sedley but I believe I have received parfums de marly layton instead.
