Would give 0 stars if I could. Repeatedly took photos of ID before it was focused, then got that form of ID locked out when I was trying to get a loan. Beyond useless. Thanks Mitek.

Mitek experience. Poor software resulting in long delays. I went to a different bank because of Mitek wasn't able to verify me. Now they again with third party. If you can just avoid to get with anyone in contract if they use mitek I don't even trust them with sensitive information.

Absolutely awful system and not fit for purpose, trying to confirm ID for our UK bank and the reference number we've been provided with doesn't work as says it's a suspected cyber attack, given up with it and submitted a complaint to our bank about this system , by the looks of it we're not alone in our problems with this software!

If I could less than 0 stars I would. I have been uploading a form of ID through their identification software for 2 weeks and it has been a disaster. I have tried to find an alternative and there is no other way. This has been worst user experience I’ve had online ever. I do not know why these financial institutions use this identification verification tool

A week long of this company saying my license front and back were accepted then not! These people along with credit karma are SCAMMERS and need a class action lawsuit against them asap! Kenya Mosley 502-216-5348 please call me if you feel the same

They should not exist on market, they are not able to verify any phot id. Absolutely rubbish app.

I am trying to apply for a Natwest Credit Balance Transfer Card- the Mitek system is rubbish. I applied for the card on Thursday Feb 19th and was accepted and Natwest now need my i/d verifying. I was able to take my photo via my webcam and that was accepted but am now finding it impossbile to get a photo of my passport to Natwest via the Mitek system. I had a reminder from Natwest to day to get this done and I tried again but get link to work. Contact Centre is closed. What is going on?. the Mitek link down't work on my phone or PC. I am stressed and angry about this.

Absolutely worthless as a verification system.
