Dear S.K, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me. I completely understand your initial hesitation, especially when you had your heart set on a different faucet. That makes it even more rewarding to hear that once your Mirozza faucet was installed, it exceeded your expectations in both quality and appearance. I'm especially grateful that you mentioned our communication throughout the process. I believe every customer deserves honest, personal service, and I'm always happy to answer questions and help however I can. Knowing that you decided to keep the faucet and are now so happy with your choice is the best compliment I could receive. Thank you again for placing your trust in Mirozza and for recognizing the care that goes into every product. I hope you enjoy your new faucet for many years to come! Regards, Marek Owner, Mirozza

Thank you so much, Marianne, for your wonderful review! I'm so glad you're enjoying your new Mirozza faucet and its strong water flow. I'm also happy you appreciated receiving a photo of your faucet before it shipped. I personally inspect every faucet here in Chicago before it leaves for its new home, and sending that photo is my way of giving customers extra confidence that they're receiving exactly what they ordered. Thank you for your trust and for supporting my small family owned business. I truly appreciate it! Marek, Owner

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write such an incredible review. Reading feedback like yours is exactly why I started Mirozza. It means a lot to hear that after going through several Moen and Kohler faucets, you decided to give my brand a chance. I designed these faucets with one goal in mind: to build a kitchen faucet using as much metal as technically possible, so homeowners don't have to keep replacing them every few years. Hearing that you immediately noticed the solid feel, beautiful finish, and strong water flow is incredibly rewarding. I'm also glad the installation was straightforward—other than convincing those old rusty faucets to let go! 😊 Thank you again for putting your trust in Mirozza and for supporting my family-owned business. I truly appreciate your kind words, and I hope your new faucets serve you and your family reliably for many years to come. Warm regards, Marek Owner, Mirozza®

I truly appreciate your kind words and am glad to hear that your faucet arrived safely despite the shipping box having a rough journey. I put a great deal of care into making sure every faucet is packaged properly before it leaves my hands, so it's wonderful to know the packaging did its job. Thank you for choosing Mirozza. I hope you enjoy your new faucet for many years to come, and please don't hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of assistance. Warm regards, Marek Owner, Mirozza®

Hi Kristina, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! I am incredibly grateful for your kind words, and I am absolutely thrilled to hear how much you are enjoying your new Mirozza kitchen faucet. Your feedback completely made my day. Hearing that our design and quality hold up so well against a much more expensive competitor (especially against tough city water!) is the ultimate compliment for me. As a family-owned, American small business, your support means everything. Thank you for recognizing the real people behind the brand and for being a wonderful part of the Mirozza family! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful 5 star review. I truly appreciate it. It was my pleasure speaking with you and helping you choose the right faucet size for your sink. At Mirozza®, customer service is personal : no bots, no runaround, just real help whenever you need it. I’m very happy to hear that your Elston faucet arrived quickly, was well protected inside the box, and installed easily. Even though the outside shipping box was damaged, this is exactly why we take packaging seriously and make sure every faucet is cushioned properly before it leaves our hands. I’m also glad your installer noticed the heavy duty build quality, that means a lot, especially coming from someone who installs faucets professionally. Thank you as well for mentioning the soap dispenser. One helpful note: the Mirozza® soap dispenser is actually very easy to refill from the top. You simply lift up the pump part and pour the soap directly through the opening , no need to crawl under the sink or remove the bottle from below. Hopefully that makes refilling much easier, even with the garbage disposal nearby. Thank you again for trusting Mirozza®, for your kind words, and for recommending us. I’m truly grateful, and I’ll be very happy to help you again when our bathroom line launches this fall. Marek Mirozza®
