Paid for the $249x 3 months bc that’s what they require you commit to when you make the purchase and not a single pound lost. Money just down the drain. I was so desperate to lose weight that I took a risk and bought from here. The product that they are giving does not work! Do not buy from them!! My aunt has been on ozempic for a week and already lost 5 pounds. I haven’t lost anything and I took the semaglutide for 3 months. No loss of appetite, cravings etc. they probably put water in the vial. All reviews of them are sponsored. No real reviews or BBB. This company is not legit.

I started the program in Aug 2023, and received the first order. Which was $249 plus $30 for oral Zofran. I thought everything was going well. The next billing cycle for September stated that my new subscription and charge for another $249, has been ordered, with free shipping. So I'm expecting to receive another order. However, I did not receive the shipment. So I tried reaching out to them, through the chat, because of course there is no phone number to call anyone. No response from the chat, so I sent an email inquiring about the status of my shipment. The response I received was that I have already received my 3 month supply (1 vial), and no additional orders will be shipped out. My next charge for October 9th will complete the 3 month supply. So to sum things up, be careful they are very misleading. The total charge for one order is $747.00 ($249 x 3 mths). I asked 3 times to cancel my subscription, so now I have to wait for until Oct. 9, and request to cancel my subscription again. I will never recommend them, and will share this experience with others.

I received a vial of 10mg tirzepatide that was hot upon arrival. I received it from the hands of the UPS man. When I opened the package it was hot to touch and the ice pack was hot to touch. When I contacted Shields pharmacy who compounded the medication they stated the medication was not safe to use. MinuteMD emailed me stating the medication was safe and stable to use. The prescription came with no instructions or the name of the prescribing doctor. I asked for the prescribing doctors info and MinuteMD will not provide the information. They also will not cancel my subscription until I return the 10mg vial which was disposed of in a sharps container. I have been dealing with someone by the name of Lori Mills. Her customer service is horrible. She is condescending and rude. Please do your research before using this company. Read all the reviews you can before going with this company. They are horrible to work with.

I have had instant responses to any questions and charges and medications are delivered as promised. I chose the Mounjaro, it's expensive but the outcome is worth it. I feel like the pens/shots I was getting before were more potent than the viles but they are still keeping the weight off.

Be careful! They never sent a product! Charged my card for a few months. Never responded on emails. When I stopped payments, they changed my card another $199 cancellation fees! Cannot refund it. Spam!

Make sure you read the small print. The minimum charge for this service is $750. They advertise that it's $250 a month and somehow I missed that you have a minimum of 3 months. I was wanting to try this product and I had adverse side effects (stomach pain and constipation) so do not want to continue using it. It would have been better for me to find a provider in person to try it. This might be a good system for people who already know that they benefit from semaglutide.

I am not sure why this company has bad reviews. I filled out all the required paperwork, sent in my blood work results by uploading them to the “Healthie” system and within 2 days my prescription was approved and it only took about a week for me to receive it. Perfect and fast service! They shipped me 3 months of my medication. This was also all over the July 4th holiday weekend which I assumed would delay things. Nope! They were very quick and reliable. If you want a trustworthy compounding pharmacy….you will not be disappointed. Follow the steps, upload required documents and that’s it.

BEWARE! The minute you sign up they charge 249.00 from your account. They send patients portal and send you a lab request. The next day I went through my doctor and got prescription. Went to cancel with Minute MD and they will not refund me my 249.00. Apparently that's what it cost to send me a lab slip......
