There was little difficulty in getting my refill processed but my CSR viw chat worked diligently and resolved any issue....i received my Rx two days later

Hi, we would love to help you, but you need to pay for your order before we can ship it. We have spoken with you over the phone and would really like to help you. But please understand that we can't ship products and not charge you for it.
Works as stated, a little confusing getting all documents for first order afterwards no issues. Would use again.
