good customer service
I had a problem after placing my order on line. I contacted customer service and they resolved the mix-up that caused my order to get lost on their end. I finally received the product that I ordered. I am very satisfied with the customer service that I received and how the customer service reps followed through on what they said they were going to do to correct the problem. Despite the hick up, I am a satisfied customer.

Took 1 month to receive order
I sent 4 emails regarding my order that had not shipped in 3 weeks. Finally called and sole with someone. A month after ordering my package finally arrived. Good products- but this is the second time my order was lost in the shuffle.
