having trouble placing order

The website is difficult to navigate. I thought I had completed the medical questions and my order was placed, since my payment was processed, but I received an email afterwards for the medical questions. It took multiple times to answer the questions on the initial exam.

I cannot get a response from them. I placed an order on August 13. i did not hear back from them so I emailed on August 21. They responded with incorrect information, which I promptly corrected in a reply email...and I have not heard from them since...and I have not received my order.

They have only sent 1/2 of my order and do not respond to emails or phone calls regarding the issue.

Easy process. Prescription works.

I haven’t received my product...

Currently a couple of weeks in and still has not been delivered. Shipped a few days ago ,but nobody seems to know where it is.
