Products great but licence renewal process has been awful. Change in licence model from concurrent to named user, poor deal. Communication from Minitab account manager has very slow and has required prompting.

Eric was an excellent instructor who engaged with us as if we were sitting in front of him. He answered all questions willingly and he sounds like a great guy to have a beer with. Clearly very knowledgeable and down to earth.

It's a great opportunity to practice the six sigma. The videos are simple and show the information in a very discipline manner.

The ability to be evaluate data using very simple steps. The type of statistical calculations availalble. The merging and manipulation of data without having to use a different software. Whatever make task simple and intuative to support efficient data analysis is very helpful.

The subscription model and the pricing of it does not work for me. I can't justify the cost to me and to classes I would propose to run. Minitab 17 was the last version with a good user interface. The one thing that set Minitab apart for initial phases of data analysis was the ability to tile graphs. It's gone. There is a functional error in the analysis of variability for DOE, first reported in version 13 but still there.
